They are available for sale and some for rent. Sale prices reflect the market valuation and range from $360,000 to $440,000. Purchase of a villa apartment is subject to an annual deduction from capital for a maximum period of 8 years, known as deferred management fees. Capital growth is shared, 50/50, Capital losses are absorbed by Mary's Grange.
