Caring for 45 residents, Teloca provides a number of communal areas including two lounge rooms, cafe, activities room, family lounge and dining room. There is also a communal courtyard and expansive grounds.
Friendly staff liaise with residents providing care and companionship and provide a regular activities program. A village bus can also take residents on outings to local places of interest.

The type and amount of care a person receives is dependent on what is needed to maintain his or her lifestyle and includes assistance with basic activities of daily living (eating, bathing, grooming, toilet assistance, dressing, transport, etc.) Skilled Care is provided for those who need medical or nursing care or rehabilitative services for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled or sick persons.
